Job Description
* Reception role
- Ensure to keep the receptionist warm and professional at all time, including:
- Warmly welcome guests, take guests to meeting rooms.
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner (within 2 rings)
- Manage office postal letters/documents/packages
- Prepare logistic for BOD meeting at office (internal meeting and client meeting)
* Administration role
- Office management & Assist BOD
- Maintain the workability for the office
- Logistics for employees including travel arrangement etc.
- Ensure internal service that maximally support employees to complete their jobs
- Organize birthday events, internal parties or other events that helps inspiring employees
- Arrange onboard new employees.
- Complete secretary works assigned by all managers/directors/guests
